In Science, children have been learning about light and how light travels. As part of this learning, children investigated reflection and created their own periscopes. Children were then able to explain how a periscope works using reflection.

A massive well done to all the pupils who took part in the WALK cross country festival at Barnsley College today. In rain, wind and sunshine, every pupil gave 100% to complete the course in the quickest time possible. Special mentions to Archie who won the Year 6 boys' race across all schools and Layla who came 1st in the Wellgate girls' race and 2nd overall in the Year 6 girls' race. |
