Mrs Nicholson - Nursery Teacher I love working with children because each day brings something new. I enjoy seeing the children develop and share excitement at new learning. I take pride in everything I do and am enthusiastic about developing inspiring provision for the children. When I’m not at school, I enjoy trying to keep healthy, socialising with friends and family and planning new adventures. I am most proud of challenging myself to do zip wires, skydiving and a bungee jump. I have two of my own children that I am immensely proud of and am a big sister to twin brothers. When I was at school, I learnt to play the violin. My favourite colour is pink and my star sign is Sagittarius.
Mrs Dixon - Early Years Practitioner I enjoy working at Wellgate as I love supporting each child as an individual and as part of a super team, to get off to the best start in their learning. Wellgate supports staff and children with opportunities to learn new skills such as the theories behind how we think like we do and strategies to support with regulating a child. When I am out of work I keep myself busy looking after my 2 children, my husband and our pets Eli the dog and Rosie the cat. I enjoy watching my son play football and supporting my daughter taking part in gymnastics. My hobbies include Boogie bounce, walking the dog, word games, shopping and cleaning my new house. It was a challenge getting it done over several months, but was amazing to have a lot of hands on opportunities. Taking part in 2 sling shot challenges was an amazing but scary experience. My star sign is Cancer and my favourite colours are purple and blue.
