How to book and pay for meals

✅ How to Set Up Your Arbor AccountPlease complete your account setup before Monday 13th April:

1. Go to: https://login.arbor.sc
   (Use a web browser – not the app – for your first login)
2. Enter your email address (this email) and click “Forgot your password?”
3. Check your email and follow the link to create your password
4. Confirm one of your child’s dates of birth when prompted

Once set up, you can download the Arbor Parent App from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and log in using your new details.

🍽️ School Meals Information

• From Monday 13th April, teachers will use Arbor to take registers and order meals
• You can pre-order meals via the app or portal (optional)
• If you do not pre-order, teachers will order meals during registration

💳 Payments

• Payments are closed until Tuesday 14th April while we set up the system
• Please do not attempt to pay via School Gateway or Arbor during this time
• From Tuesday 14th April, all meal payments must be made via Arbor
