Do staff access training to support my child?
Our SENCO has 18 years of experience in this role and has worked in two schools; she also has a Master’s Degree in Special Education Needs. Our SENCO, is currently also the non-teaching Deputy Head therefore manages SEND provision throughout the week alongside her other roles.
We have a team of 18 teaching assistants, four of which are part time. We also have three Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) who are all trained to deliver SEN provision.
