Meet the Team
Miss Gillott - Class Teacher
Hello, my name is Miss Gillott and I have the pleasure of teaching The Successful Seahorses in Year One this year. I have worked at Wellgate for seven years. This year, I am looking forward to seeing the children overcome challenges and succeed as every day is an opportunity to learn something new. I feel that being part of children’s education is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling jobs. I am inspired by people who are selfless, generous and genuine. In the future, I would love to visit Fiji or Hawaii as I believe they are two of the most beautiful and tranquil places in the world.
Mrs Allott - Teaching Assistant
Hello, my name is Mrs Allott and I am excited to be working in Year One this year. I love my job because I get a sense of achievement when I help children to make progress and achieve something they have found difficult. I am most proud of my family and enjoy spending quality time with them. My favourite country to visit is Greece because I love the food – especially the cheeses and olive bread! I love the colour aquamarine and eating out in restaurants.
Miss Cooper - Teaching Assistant
Hello, my name is Miss Cooper and I am one of the Teaching Assistants in Year One. I love working in Year One because I enjoy supporting the children in their learning and seeing them grow and develop. I am most proud of my two children. My favourite colour is pink and I love going on holiday, particularly to Greece! I cannot wait to learn more about the different topics we study in Year One.
